Telegram创始人杜罗夫再度在法国被问讯，涉平台非法内容调查
Telegram创始人帕维尔·杜罗夫本周一在巴黎接受法国法官第三轮问讯，涉及其平台涉嫌协助有组织犯罪及传播非法内容，包括非法交易和儿童性虐待图片。
杜罗夫自2024年在巴黎被拘留后，已被法国正式立案调查，司法管控自7月起有所放宽，允许他短期前往阿联酋。
杜罗夫否认所有指控，并已通过律师提出案件合宪性质疑及欧盟初步裁决请求。法国方面表示，自杜罗夫被捕后，Telegram与执法合作有所改善。
