韩国男子在帕赛市诈骗同胞百万比索被捕以换汇为幌子实施诈骗
2025年7月28日，菲律宾帕赛市警方逮捕一名涉嫌诈骗的韩国男子。警方确认嫌疑人为33岁的金敏秀（Minsu Kim），暂居在帕拉纳克市。
帕赛市警局局长何塞利托·德塞斯托上校介绍，受害者为同为韩国籍的金贝根（Begeon Kim）。据报案人称，他与嫌疑人此前达成小额货币兑换交易，成功将20万比索兑换成600万韩元，因而降低了警惕。
在第二次交易中，双方约定将100万比索兑换成韩元。交易过程中，金敏秀利用交谈分散受害者注意力，其同伙在数钱时趁机携带现金逃离现场。意识到被骗后，受害者立即控制住金敏秀并将其押送至帕赛市警察分局第9分站。
目前，金敏秀已被关押在帕赛市警局看守所，并面临“通过诈骗（Estafa）”的刑事指控。警方正追查在逃同伙的行踪。
