小马要一家独大？签署新法，总统握重组大权！
菲律宾总统小马科斯（Ferdinand R. Marcos Jr.）8月4日签署《#政府优化法》（RA 12231），正式赋予 #总统全面重组行政机构 的权力。
新法授权总统可裁撤、整并、转移政府单位，甚至将部分职能外包或下放至地方政府，目标是消除冗余、提升效率。受影响单位不含教师与军警。
同时，法案成立“总统行政机构优化委员会”，全权审查政府人力与预算配置，成为总统整顿政府的新工具。该法虽主打“效率改革”，但也引发外界对总统权力过大的担忧。
