菲律宾新建海岛赌城 博彩扩张
🆕斥资千亿打造海岛赌城！菲博彩再度狂飙！
2025年7月29日，菲律宾本土巨头 #AGI集团 宣布斥资超过20亿美元，在博龙岸与宿务 同步兴建两大“综合度假赌城”！
1️⃣博龙岸项目：含1公里私属海滩、18洞高尔夫球场、近2000间客房、精品赌场和会展中心。
2️⃣宿务项目：打造大型旅游商业城，整合酒店、住宅、办公、娱乐等多元功能。
AGI还表示，2025年全年资本支出高达590亿比索（约10.3亿美元），力争在2028年前将旗下酒店客房数从1万间增至1.2万间，并持续投入马尼拉娱乐城西城项目（Westside City）。
这是继马尼拉之后，菲律宾再次大手笔打造“博彩旅游双引擎”，或将掀起新一轮“赌金热潮”。
