菲律宾 马尼拉“ #吐口水扒窃团”落网 市长公开10名嫌犯
马尼拉警方再破窃盗老手！7月21日，市长伊斯科（Francisco “Isko” Domagoso）联同副市长奇·阿坚萨（Chi Atienza）与马尼拉警区局长阿诺德·阿巴德准将（BGen. Arnold Abad）在市政厅召开记者会，向公众展示10名被捕嫌犯，其中包括臭名昭著的“Dura-Dura”（吐口水）扒窃团成员。
该团伙手法恶心又狡猾：先由同伙假装“不小心”朝目标吐口水制造混乱，趁受害人分心时，另一人迅速下手偷走手机、钱包等财物，得手后立刻逃离。
警方表示，“Dura-Dura”已活跃于马尼拉多个闹区多年，主要锁定公共交通工具、市场与人流密集地。市长呼吁民众提高警觉，也感谢警方迅速行动。
