俄罗斯当局计划于4月初关闭 #Telegram 通讯应用
（莫斯科）俄罗斯媒体RBC于2月26日星期四报道，俄罗斯当局已经确定时间表，准备关闭通讯应用Telegram，该措施可能将在即将到来的4月初开始实施。此消息由路透社报道。
Telegram是俄罗斯国内最受欢迎的通讯平台之一，但当局指控该应用纵容传播非法及极端主义内容等。对此，Telegram公司代表否认了相关指控，并表示俄罗斯政府的真正目的是施压，迫使民众转而使用一款由国家控制、名为“MAX”的新通讯应用。
值得注意的是，据RBC报道，自4月起，Telegram将仅被允许在乌克兰战争前线地区使用。军事消息人士及战地记者透露，俄罗斯军方在很大程度上依赖这一通讯应用，不仅用于与国内家人联系，还被广泛用于支持军事行动。
