总统反有组织犯罪委员会 (PAOCC) 和移民局 (BI) 于周四在拉古纳省比南的一个分区逮捕了据称是菲律宾各地 POGO 的“教父”。
PAOCC 负责人名为 Usec。吉尔伯特·克鲁兹确认嫌疑人是吕东。
克鲁兹说：“我们根据移民局发布的任务命令进行了逮捕。” “那个任务命令，主要目标是吕东。”
被捕者包括约10名中国POGO老板和7名菲律宾保镖。
据有关部门介绍，吕东来自中国湖南，有多个化名，包括“哈哈”或“老板的老板”。
据称，该嫌疑人是菲律宾各地区“诈骗农场”的幕后黑手。其中包括南伊罗戈斯省的2家公司、中吕宋岛的Lucky South 99和Hongsheng/Zun Yuan，以及卡拉巴松省的2家非法POGO公司。
据称，吕东还对宿务和马尼拉大都会地区的非法活动具有影响力。
