13名中国人被菲国调局逮捕！
菲律宾国家调查局 (NBI) 周五表示，13 名中国人于 4 月 13 日在帕拉纳克被捕，他们涉嫌参与使用 Tinder 等移动约会应用程序诈骗年轻专业人士的计划。
NBI 特别工作组突袭了 First Great Computer Technologies 的办公室，逮捕了 13 名员工并没收了电脑。
该公司的一名员工向 NBI 透露，他的同事正在接受诈骗客户的培训，这些客户应该“受雇并至少有3,000美元收入，或者是汽车工程师、计算机程序员或机器操作员。”。
借助脚本并使用在 Tinder 等移动约会应用程序和 WhatsApp 等消息平台上创建的虚假账户，员工将与潜在的受害者聊天，要求他们在 Binance 和 Metamask 等加密货币应用程序上开设账户。
员工随后会发送指向网络钓鱼网站的链接，这些网站可以从受害者那里提取个人信息和现金存款。
