起因是司机一直在封路的地方按喇叭持续了10分钟左右，楼上的人去理论吵起来了，司机上车准备走，居民不让走
司机就开车横冲直撞，撞到了5-10个人左右，严重的有三个人，反复碾压了几次。后面就肇事逃逸了，15分钟左右就被警察逮到起了，就这么回事。
这就是故意杀人了吧
