泰国要和联合国合作打击柬埔寨诈骗活动？

昨天，柬埔寨政府发言人彭博纳呼吁泰国政府停止将网络诈骗问题的责任推卸给柬埔寨，而应集中精力解决其内部问题。
彭博纳是对泰国政府发言人的有关言论作出的回应。此前，泰国政府发言人称，泰国将与联合国毒品和犯罪问题办公室 (UNODC) 和国际特赦组织合作，打击据称来自柬埔寨的网络诈骗活动。
彭博纳称，联合国报告指出泰国是东南亚诈骗集团的主要中转站，柬埔寨也是跨国网络犯罪的受害者。泰国政府应该停止抹黑柬埔寨的行为，解决自身问题，而不要再将柬埔寨拖入其国内问题。
